PIHS Class of 1979 Reunion Committee Meeting

Tammy reported that the class website, PIHS79.com is getting feedback from class members. Most people are meeting there and then linking themselves to Facebook and adding each other for additional contact.
The date and place are set. The date will be July 11th and the location with be The Northeastland. The website consensus was for The Northeastland and committee members vote was all in favor…This location offers the best price and we will receive extra perks with this choice. Since the date is set and if you want to book a room and The Northeastland, it would be wise to book now, just call and mention 1979 Class Reunion and the rate will receive a corporate rate. There are rooms available but they are filling fast because of July 4th.
If anyone wants to meet the night before, please let us know. There may be some last minute plans that can be made. We are also considering an ice cream social for our children an hour before the reunion.

Next meeting will be held Jan 22nd, same place, same time.
PIHS Class of 79 - Class Reunion. When we were eighteen years old in 1979, we weren’t thinking about the day we would turn around and find ourselves on the other side of 45 looking forward to our 30th class reunion BUT it’s time to get together…. To celebrate our years together and our time now. This is my way of reconnecting with PIHS classmates by offering a place online to find out when we are meeting to plan our 30th class reunion. We still have some of the memory keepers planning to help bring us all back together for another class reunion while some new workers that are excited to be part of the planning.
Presque Isle Update
Next meeting for the Class of 79 30th reunion committee will be on November 18th at 6:30pm at the Northeastland Hotel on Main Street in Presque Isle, Maine. If this changes - it will be updated here.
