Entertainment

Ø We are looking into a DJ and we have a few options, Sue, Nancy and Todd will be looking into their contacts to compare their system (light show, our choice of music and microphone), Cost, and Availability.

Ø We will be asking all classmates for their top 20 songs from the years were in high school.

Ø Since we are now in the 21^st century we want to present a picture slide show with music featuring classmate pictures from the past. CD’s will be available as a fund raiser for the class. Jill has offered to work on this project.

Paper stuff

Ø We are getting ready to create a booklet much like the one we had at the last reunion. Jill, Patty and Nancy will get started on this, but we need help.

Ø We are still working on the mailing list which will be finalized at the next meeting. Jill is going to create a postcard so that we can send everyone a ‘mark you calendar’ postcard to give classmates a heads up. This will also allow us to know who we need to focus on with undeliverable addressed postcards.

Ø We will then be able to have a fairly accurate list of mailing addresses and we will be creating the letter with information and RSVPs.

Nancy will be bringing all the information from the last reunion so that committee will be able to use this material as a reference.

Next meeting will be in two weeks on 4/2/2009 at 6:30pm at the Northeastland.
